Ne(x)tworks Music, Inc. (NMI) is the New York State Incorporated entity created to:

(i) provide operational and fundraising support for the professional activities of New York City based musical group Ne(x)tworks
(ii) produce public concert events that focus on creating new and preserving historical compositions of avant-garde, graphic, and text-based music
(iii) present open rehearsals, workshops, lecture/demonstrations and public discussions of such works aimed at students from grade school through university level as well as the general public

The lawful public objective of NMI is to afford grade school through university level students a better comprehension of working methods of musicians, multidisciplinary collaborative processes, and how performers interpret non-traditionally notated music. Also, the general public will benefit from hearing artists discuss their working process and the nature of collaboration in developing and creating new musical compositions, scores and works of art.
